On Tuesday, October 10, join Erinne Paisley for the launch of her debut book, Can Your Smartphone Change the World? (Orca Book Publishers). The first book in the new PopActivism Series, this how-to manual looks at specific ways youth can create social change through the tap of a screen.

Aaron Williams, an experienced firefighter, launches his memoir, Chasing Smoke on Wednesday, October 11 in Terrace and on Thursday, October 12 in Smithers. The timely memoir is an enthralling insider-account of how a fire season unfolds based on Aaron Williams’ experience in BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Idaho between 2006–2014.
