Dive into award-winning titles, inspiring travel guides, captivating fiction and nonfiction reads for all ages—all celebrating British Columbia’s stories and voices!
What’s on the Read Local BC eBookshelf?
This diverse collection of hundreds of ebooks includes BC-published ebooks that are either:
- about BC
- set in BC
- written by a BC author
- or, in some cases, all of the above!
Curated by BC librarians, the Read Local BC eBookshelf features a variety of categories including: Award Winning & Nominated Books, Travel Beautiful BC, Read Local Children’s & YA Books, Read Local Non-Fiction, The Nature of BC and more. Where do I find the eBookshelf collection?
Go to the Libby app on your preferred device, select Read Local BC under “guides,” and browse and borrow the best books that BC has to offer.
