DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual visit with award-winning author\, J. Torres. In this presentation\, he’ll read from his Red Cedar-nominated graphic novel Stealing Home and give us a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the book\, followed by a Q&A. \nJ. Torres is the author of many popular titles including How to Spot A Sasquatch\, the original Teen Titans Go comic book series\, Planet Hockey and Bigfoot Boy. Born in Manila\, Philippines and raised in Montreal\, J. Torres currently lives in Toronto. \nOnline registration is required for this virtual event. Classroom teachers of grades 4-7 students are encouraged to register. A link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the presentation.
